Pros

Nice people, nice customers, discount card.

Cons

Only 4 hours of induction training. Only 45 minutes 'shadowing a colleague on the till' then let loose on your own. No point of contact if you have problems, no HR department that's easy to contact. All queries are done through their internal email/website, including holiday requests. Understaffed.
