Pros

Great culture, colleagues and benefits. Team spirit, winning hearts and minds makes it. Learning and development is outstanding. A new challenge every day. Logistics is a great place to work, the former and current Logistics VPs are outstanding.

Cons

You will have to dedicate yourself and be prepared to sacrifice some work life balance. This business breeds winners and this isn't done by accident. If based at head office parking is difficult.

Pros

Asda has plenty of overtime so if you are looking to make extra money then this is for you. My team are very chilled and don't put too much pressure on staff. I get given duties at start of shift and left to get on with it.

Cons

The down side working with asda for me is that it is set shifts so no room for flexibility. One of my contract days is 7 o'clock start on a Sunday every week so no more Saturday nights out.
