Pros

Competitive salary. Work with good people. Some managers are ok.

Cons

There are more managers that are poor, put people down and don't try to help you to progress. There are managers who were unprofessional and spoke poorly of hard working section leaders to lower level colleagues that worked under the aforementioned section leaders. There are too many managers telling colleagues what to do. Managers get colleagues to lie on the waste created at the store in order to make it look like they are wasting less per day, by spreading it out so less is done each day. You have to work one day per weekend.
