Pros

Excellent colleagues, feels like a large weird family. Always a fun time with them around! 10% discount card after 3 months employment. Step-on initiative to allow you to move up positions within ASDA.

Cons

To echo many other sentiments on here; the management are awful. They treat colleagues with what (seems like) contempt, some are actively causing people to leave the store. Their lack of organisation and man management skills is downright laughable as they seemingly never talk to the section leaders for them to relay information to colleagues. Only one or two managers who genuinely care for the colleagues.
