Poor management - they don't care about their staff always worrying about how much money they are spending. Doesn't hire enough staff. Managers don't listen to you and tell you what's happening. Rubbish pay. Always having to work extra hours sometimes more than 10hrs a day with not enough break time. Constantly busy and very hard work.

The main issue I seem to have is getting any time off. You have to give three weeks notice, so I gave five. I only got it accepted about four days before I was actually supposed to fly out, even though there was nobody other than me off work on the shift. The store is always understaffed and morning cover is always given priority over evening cover. This is in regards to weekend shifts when the deli is ridiculously busy during the evenings, compared to the mornings. You are required to do far more than is expected of you. This includes keeping the counter full, whilst completing ten customer orders at a time on pizza. On Friday, you might as well not even have a break, because you are scalded for taking one and get in trouble for taking it at a busy time, even though that is your right.
