So ive worked here twice on nights once as a section leader where the main night managers basically worked me into a full blown mental breakdown that took 4 Yrs to recover from after they left I returned too try too get back to some sort of normality I worked really really hard doing more work than everyone cause I loved the job 2 (busy night) to 9 (quieter nights) eisles in a 8 hr night shift always praised for hard work by one of two night managers other hated me as he was lazy. So basically I was sexually assaulted by a male member of staff on nights and reported this he was then sacked the managers originally made a human error saying he never entered my eisle after they watched the cctv claiming they work with the system for over 10 years after watching the footage myself I pointed out that the eisle they claimed was booze was actually the pet eisle I worked on and proved they made a serious mistake that could of cost me my job on false accusation claims after he left the manager on night systematically started to pull me on excessive breaks when every single member of the night team was doing the same thing this lead my anxiety and bpd to sky rocket and I moved out of the area to get some space it was agreed that I could start at 00:00 instead of 22:00 cause of bus times slowly over time they pushed me out of the business and when I threatened to leave if they didnt sort out this manager they removed me from the books and used my threat to leave as me saying I quit I will never work for this company again you andy Taylor Rachel Maplethorpe and Mark Griffin you should be ashamed of the way you treat your staff its an absolute disgrace thank you very much for not been understanding in hours of need for compassion if you apply here I wouldn't bother their not good a employer at all full of managers that look after their own and have no respect for their staff SHAME ON YOU ASDA SHAME ON YOU
