Pros

Some great colleague support, opportunity to build up customer loyalty, feeling of "all being in the same boat together"

Cons

Poor management attitude, lack of staff (and security staff). Being treated like a criminal for failing Challenge 25. Personal situations not not treated as confidential. Being brought in to work bank holidays, then being sent away again "to save money". Admin. staff unfriendly and unhelpful. Having to ask other staff to cover your shifts when booking holidays - just wrong!
