Pros

There are non anymore sadly

Cons

Runner jobs given to those too young to understand that it is not an excuse to discuss your social life or go easy on your friends at the expense of others. Section leaders a little power goes to their heads one or two are great but most have a lot to learn about the ASDA value RESPECT OF THE INDIVIDUAL. Discussing others matters with runners is a breach of data protection folks. Management has been extremely terrible and moral low since the store lost its original manager. The way your made to feel when your ill and phone in is ridiculous

Pros

Friendly staff that are willing to help. Good working hours for myself. Always opportunity for overtime.

Cons

Rude management. Issues you have are never resolved. You're expected to go above and beyond (and becomes expected of you even when outside of your job role), but will never receive that to help you out. Hard work goes completely unnoticed.
