Pros

working outdoors and meeting new peolpe.

Cons

The vans are old and very very dirty, some of them were so smelly in the fridge compartments, like they haven't been washed for years. The job is EXHAUSTING, at least for the new comers, they give 40 deliveries a day to the new guys and 20 to the older employees, and when you carry peolpe's shopping all day up and down flats your back starts to hurt. The shifts were two, first one starts from 7 am and the other one starts at 2 pm, i used to work 8 hours every day but many days i had so many deliveries that i worked 10 or sometimes 11 hours, and with NO BREAKS!!! i never had a single break!! i worked 5 months there and i always worked 9 hours straight with not a single break ever, not even to eat lunch, i used to eat an apple or a sandwitch while driving in between deliveries. Some of the older drivers did have a bit of time for breaks because they had less deliveries. I worked there over the winter, so it was always so cold, and was raining most of the days and i remember getting home at night completely soaked, even my underwear were wet from the rain... I dont know how i lasted that long there but i had to pay the rent, and obviously in the meantime i was looking for other jobs and as soon as i found another i quit. And on top of all this, the salary was minimun, 6.50 at the time, while other companies for the same position pay 10 or 11. Definetly the worst job i ever had, dont reccomend it to anyone, go to other companies. I'm not a person that tends to complain normally but trust me, go elsewhere.

Pros

10 percent discount, overtime usually available due to no one wanting to do the job.

Cons

Discrimination, poor management, very poor pay. Breach of data protection, don't look out for colleagues. Inexperienced section leaders who are directed by the blind. No opportunity. Don't work here unless your desperate. Lots of illegal happenings.
