Pros

You find that most of the managers are friendly and encouraging. The colleagues are sociable and the make it a good environment to work in.

Cons

The job is really demanding. This is especially if you are working for a 24hr shop. Watch your feet and watch your back because you will be lifting goods all night and some are really heavy if you are working in some departments.
