Pros

I cannot think of any pro's except the 10% discount after 12 weeks employment

Cons

Poor management, virtually no organization, constantly out late, then " spoken to about late deliveries" Understaffed, broken , old equipment, sat-navs are only updated every 12 weeks. Took me approx. 5 weeks to get safety gear supplied. Management only interested in figures not people.

Pros

Most of the managers were approachable and many of the colleagues were friendly and helpful as well to work with.

Cons

The shift lengths were very unpredictable particularly at busy times of the year such as Christmas, Halloween and Easter when there were a lot of orders. This was frustrating at times. At times the department was under staffed which put pressure on others.
