Pros

Customers can be lovely, can make good friends, I enjoy the department that I'm on (Home Shopping). There is a lot of opportunity for overtime, for example during the school/college holidays.

Cons

Section leaders have no authority over staff, managers play favorites with colleagues. For example, in the store I work in, we told management about a colleague we suspected of stealing, and nothing was done, until security stayed behind one morning and caught her!
