Pros

Pay reasonable 10% colleague discount good Hours can be good if your employed there for a while and work yourself towards a better contract

Cons

Management have no respect for colleagues anymore, family friendly attitude has disappeared. Company needs to go back to 10 yrs ago when it was a great happy place to work. Company gone down hill recently since the management restructure, jumped up "young" section leaders on a power trip who think they know it all. To interested in the crossing the T`s and dotting the Is rather than actually getting stock on the shelves for customers to buy.
