Pros

Mostly working with team members that help each other and work hard to get the job done. Was a good job to do alongside university.

Cons

Poor management on both a manager and section leader level. Our department was direly understaffed and the rota sometimes left only 2 people to cover the whole department but SL did nothing to try and stop this as it was always on their known days off. Lack of colleague care and communication when I was off sick, teetering on straight up rudeness. Incredibly stressful due to no support from higher levels and people being taken from our department to do jobs for others, leaving us thin.
