Pros

Individual work, good pay, not many customers on the night shift, good employees who work well as a team.

Cons

Top down, bureaucratic managers, who can be unfair and unappreciative of the hard work that their staff carry out. There was no consideration for work/university balance and my manager even changed the dates I agreed to work at Christmas when I was ill and told me my standard 8 hours was not enough..
