Pros

Had a seasonal contract which was perfect for me as it meant I only worked when I was home from uni.

Cons

One Christmas they cancelled two weeks of my shifts because they were over staffed, but I guess that's a draw back of a zero hour contract

People Flexible Culture Easy Decent management Enjoyed working there to support myself going through uni, contacts where flexible and can be changed each year or term if need be

Cons

Boring No prospects Low wage Get stuck Customers complain for nothing and actively try to annoy you in some situations, worst thing about the job
