Sharesave, staff discount, great team to work with.

Cons

Dreading going back in after one day off as there is little support from higher management when absent from the company. Promotions are very often made for people, with little / no advertising of the new vacancy they are progressing to.

Fun, friendly and fast paced environment offering flexible hour which is helpful with the work-life balance. Plenty of opportunities to move departments

Cons

High pressure comes with lots of responsibility. There is a disproportionate shortage of staff in certain areas making work load and working hours increase
