Pros

Flexible hours to fit around my university schedule with lots of opportunity to pick up more hours when it suits me or else reduce hours around assignments or exams. The staff are also on the whole very friendly and I don't seem to have any friction with anyone.

Cons

The rate of pay is lower than other supermarket chains and shifts can sometimes be quite long 10hrs + Meal breaks are unpaid and canteen facilities are sparse.

Pros

The colleagues are great people to work with, most know how to have a laugh are everyone acts like a big work family. Pay isn't the worst for what it is, great employee benefits.

Cons

Management can be difficult to communicate with at times, I once needed some paperwork signed to show I was trained on a specific area, paperwork didn't get signed for 6 weeks.

Pros

Fairly decent money for the industry. Some of the people there are okay to get on with.

Cons

The warehouse ops earn nearly as much as the managers for much an easier life. The late shift is almost impossible to manager.
