Pros

They invest in their colleagues Training opportunities are often available A tremendous buzz about the business and working environment Your colleagues will become your friends They communicate the business performance to all colleagues

Cons

You have to be prepared to work very hard and sometimes evenings and weekends have to be sacrificed. If you do not work in their core area (selling) I feel the support is perhaps not quite where it could be.

Pros

Cheap breakfast and yummy food. some of the staff I work with are friendly. At least I finish at 12pm :)

Cons

Impossible pick rate of 112, being told off by section leaders for being "too slow" even when the shop is busy as ever. Most orders with the heaviest items want bags which rip and then get shouted out for not putting bags in the tote. Lazy shoppers asking things they can easily figure for themselves, section leaders stand around do nothing, starting at 5am in the morning and being under paid.
