Pros

I love the sense of being in a team and all helping each other. The benefits we get are good. You really feel you make a difference each day. Meeting the public is something that I have always enjoyed and chatting to customers as part of the job is a great way to spend the day.

Cons

I don't feel that there is any cause for complaint about my job or place of work.

Pros

Local, friendly shopfloor staff, cannot think of anything else that is positiveto say about working at Asda

Cons

Crap management, since they sacked managers and employed undertrained section leaders Expect staff to start at 6am but refuse them breakfast facilities except for crap tea /coffee machine. Rubbish expectations so bonuses do not have too be paid.
