Pros

The company has a good culture. Staff are friendly. You have the flexibility for work hours and ability to work overtime. Good holiday scheme and workplace facilities.

Cons

Work involved in this department is physically demanding. You have to constantly keep moving trays containing food for long periods.

Pros

Very good at doing shift swaps, as long as you find someone to swap with. Nights is hard work, but no hassle off customers

Cons

Rules at Asda only apply to those that choose to follow them, those that don't do pretty much as they want. Sometimes think that the 10pm to 6am working hours are a rough guide line to the hours you want to come in and work
