Pros

Management is friendly, flexible with holidays, 10% discount on everything, average bonus every year for full time employee £200 after tax, enough overtime if its a super store, changing department is easy, you'll get treated with respect regardless your individuality. Their Share Save scheme is the BEST way to make ££.

Cons

£7.20/hour only. You'll never reach more than £1k a month unless you work night shifts. monthly payment.

Pros

Fantastic approach at training new staff. Most staff are really helpful and friendly. Within a month new starters will know what they're doing. Pay is living wage for all ages including 16 & 17 year olds.

Cons

My uniform order was wrong. Hours can be inconvenient.
