Pros

Understanding of family commitments, my wife was diagnosed with SLE Lupus and she had to spent quiet a lot of time in hospital for this diagnosis to be made. Asda managers were very understanding of my adsenses due to needing to be at home for my wife and son.

Cons

The school like environment, employees put themselves into groups and kept themselves to themselves. I witnessed on a few occasions individuals being affectively bullied and very little if any done about it by management.

Pros

Some really great people to work with. Reasonable pay, but great flexibility of hours to suit as needed.

Cons

A disproportionate amount of managers have an accountant mentality (or are accountants) and so often it's manage by numbers - which is about the least inspiring leadership you can have! Cultural agenda still driven by the old school people - very little innovation in home office people development, training or engagement

Pros

Really flexible hours, helps your communications skills a lot for example meeting different customers allows this. Good enivorment to work at.

Cons

Can meet really rude customers, who can swear at you be really rude at you for being slow or for not replying to them therefore it can be de moralising.
