Pros

Getting to meet friendly and inspiring people every day is a massive bonus. Helping the community save money and saving money myself. Selling great quality food with a range of products for everyone.

Cons

People forgetting their bags. People dumping there shopping on the belt and expecting it all to stay on and not fall off. People putting things on top of the scanner because they are in a rush. People being impatient at the self scan. People bringing giant trolleys and prams through the tiny self scan. Not receiving the support I need from the management team.

Pros

Other colleagues at work are friendly and supportive. No delays in pay.

Cons

Management unpleasant at times. Sometimes you're expected more than possible in the given time, especially when tools needed are unavailable. Management talking about colleagues behind their back. Management making it difficult to solve any issues or queries.
