Pros

Genuinely are listened to and able to implement ideas. Freedom to think out of the box. Some great people in the company. Great career opportunities up to Deputy (only up to) Profit share is great Share save each year so you can have up to 3 rolling over giving good payouts each year. 10% discount and seasonal additions.

Cons

Hit and miss on hours allowed as sometimes cannot spend wages and other times impossible to achieve. Are governed by ethics which is great however the company are pushing women to progress to store manager at every chance (even when they say no I'm not confident enough) 'women in leadership' was the heading, how is that ever not sexism? A company at the moment that has a lot of career Deputies that are told this is the way to store manager when a position comes up yet someone comes out of the woodwork, namely a 'project manager' from a vp or ceo. It feels like you can be great at your job but still overlooked which is frustrating.

Pros

The company is well organised with lots of opportunities to train and improve yourself. There are also options to be promoted. The staff are friendly and welcoming.

Cons

The availability for overtime hours isn't often there, and the company is very strict on standards.

Pros

Management always have time for their staff here with no issues being left. Company are always looking for ways to make our lives at work easier. The amount of benefits an employee receives for working here is extraordinary.

Cons

Sometimes you feel like some staff get away with doing less than you do, however, this is understandable as they push certain staff for promotion if they are worthy.
