Pros

met some great people, easy to pick up the skills which are transferable, discount card (doubles at christmas time), plenty of overtime if want it

Cons

expect you to do favours but won't return them, change your shifts without asking, have to work bank holidays if asked even though you're not contracted, sick policy is a joke, pay is pretty poor, understaffed frequently (particularly on self scans)
