Pros

You can progress, but you have to get on with your department manager or store manager other wise you will be waiting a long time Good Benefits if you wish to stay in a job long term

Cons

Can long hours and a social life can be hard to balance. Ethics are good but sometimes are not followed throughout stores. A lot of bad practices are hidden in store, and a lot of colleagues loss out or suffer.
