Pros

I worked here as a student and management were flexible and helpful in allowing me to work in different stores in my home and university towns. In general most of the colleagues I worked with were friendly and hardworking.

Cons

I had a zero hours contact for most of the time I worked at Asda, and the pay is only a little more than minimum wage. I worked at two different Asda stores and felt like there was a big gap the levels of professionalism of colleagues and general friendliness between the two stores.

Pros

It's a lot of fun and make the work to be easier and you can help each other and you try to make the best.

Cons

For exemple, if a customer broke a botlle of wine and you are busy, what you can do?..you must see if the customet is ok and then call the manager to report the accident.
