Pros

Great company with lots off benefits like 10% of shopping and other companies do work alongside so you can use the benefits else where. There is almost a family feeling throughout the company.

Cons

The big one for me would be the way the company has changed throughout the last three years is where the company keeps cutting back. There is now half the amount off colleagues that we had three years ago and shill expected to do it all. The feel in store is starting to slide down hill and will start effecting the standards. I can imagine that it's the same in every store
