Pros

staff are very supporting and if you feel you need help then they are helpful also, it is enjoyable to work as a team

Cons

Sometimes it was hard to get good feedback from management and often I had to rely on other members of staff

Pros

Its a job, fairly straightforward role, pays suprisingly well for a supermarket and is better than not having a job at all!

Cons

Pretty much everything you'd expect! Was extremely disorganised at times in particularly getting your hours for the coming weak sorted out. Not all section leaders are as good as others.
