Asda cockhedge Warrington is a welcoming diversely employed working environment that is like a family the support and growth of its colleague base is second to none the coaching within store gives everyone a chance to improve and grow there skills and we are all encouraged to aim high and are helped on by section leaders and mangers who show care and belief in its work force I worked at this store 9 years ago and returned last year and was welcomed and made to feel valued and important part of a team

As in any retail environment there is always a need for more staff as customers are becoming more demanding of high customer service and volumes of customers in a supermarket is high so there is always a need for more staff to assist the rise in customer numbers
