Pros

The colleagues that worked for me and with me at farnworth store. We were a small family that all came together to get the job done.

Cons

Ruthless unforgiving untrained young inexperienced managers that wouldn't listen to reason and lied openly to get what they wanted. Bullying was seen regular as well as ignorance from the top few. Definitely an I'm better than you attitude.

Pros

We was out of sight from public while at the store so we was able to have a bit of a laugh

Cons

Pay was minimum wage, the times set for delivery was unrealistic only way to do what you was told to was to speed and drive dangerously, the section leaders knew this and would pressure you until you gave in or quit. I did over 18hr shift in the van on one day with only a ten minute break all day, our section leader knew this but did nothing. From this I now suffer serious back pain every day and no longer able to work.
