Pros

I have always enjoyed working at Walmart. And I fine at this time in my life I want a change and new life abroad but stay with the company. I have always been drawn to Scotland. Walmart is a great company and I have a lot to offer still. I enjoy making a difference and helping people. What better way to do it.

Cons

Walmart always has challenges to best service sometimes but as a team and sharing ideas we can come up with new ideas and ways for all.

Pros

Good benefits, salary not too bad. Way off in comparison to other companies in the same sector,

Cons

A lot of over complicated systems and measures. No time to focus on what is important to the customer. Structure change has stripped the stores back to nothing. No work life balance. Culture and values great in theory, not overly present in reality. managers don't always live the culture. Very quick to revert to type. Great career opportunities if you are willing to put the work in and have a support manager, otherwise you have no chance.
