Pros

Small shifts and contracts available for those that need it. Over time available over winter mainly.

Cons

I hated asda. I worked at mcdonalds while I was still at school and would rather go back there than work at asda again. Your under paid, under appreciated and under staffed most of the time. Section leaders are often on a power trip rather than being reasonable as are managers and no amoint of complaints help, in fact they make matters worse. Asda house, main office, are an absolute joke and wont even process a complaint. There is no regard or respect for each other, and they certainly dont look after or care abput their colleagues.

Pros

Share save scheme talk alot about care for customers and have good passion to succeed as business

Cons

Leadership in women great ideas but now they go opposite and progress for statistics as apposed to merit just to by doing so we have wrong people in jobs. It's a company run by mates it's who you know not what you know and if you don't get on with bosses you dont have what it takes. Pay is nothing for section leaders compared to the work load
