Pros

there are no pros in this company, the only reason i gave 1 star is because there wasn't an option for 0 stars.

Cons

-pay is awful in comparison to other supermarkets at £6.53 -'managers' and section leaders are not trained enough in their sections -disgusting management team -no tolerance for people with mental health problems -no such thing as a colleague voice don't listen to that nonsense -£12 a month for part-time employee trade union membership -unfair judgement of staff

Staff that are there longer think they can boss and bully. Management heard slating entire staff! There way or the high way. Raising concerns get you moaned at!
