Pros

The people I worked with on my department were amazing people

Cons

The management don't care about you at all or the customers for that fact! There more interested in getting a job done and going home. U get thrown in at the deep end when starting not knowing how to use equipment and having to work it all out for yourself. I have ms and if I get flu I get very very sick and they made me work in the warehouse on my own with both sutter doors open in winter with no coat, gloves etc. I then became sick and needed time off which made me get in trouble with the management team. I then had to be on sick and I also was put on antidepressants because of all this. I then handed my notice in because I could not take any more of what I went threw

Pros

Can't give any good reasons to work there ...

Cons

Underpaid me by a substantial amount of money over Xmas 2014 (700). Took an hour lunch break off me when I didn't get a dinner and when asked about it was told we were too busy to have lunch breaks! Was paid nowhere near the right amount of money for the hours I was clocked in to work! I was told I would need to have a disciplinary or would be removed from my job if I had more time off work (I have arthritis) this was worse over the winter months. Therefore felt I had to struggle through work knowing that my arthritis would get worse. This company is a joke to work for. Whilst staff were working their back side off to make sure orders were picked in time the management and section leaders were sat around yapping to each other not doing any work whatsoever.

Pros

I have worked for the store since it opened and my colleagues are like a 2nd family.... the company were excellent when I lost a close member of my family .. very caring and understanding... they have always accompanied my needs.

Cons

Not enough colleagues to work ... which puts a big stress and strain on us. Trying hard to keep things running as they should on skeleton staff is not good. I feel like I can't give 100% good service because of being so stressed.
