Pros

Clear focus on teamwork and collaboration for mutual gain. There is an evident concern towards a superior client service and employee welfare at the firm.

Cons

I feel that it is sometimes difficult to get noticed in a corporation as large as this one. There should also be a canteen supplying colleagues with food at major meal times.

Cons

funny holiday systems, took holidays didn't get paid a fair amount as I only work part time, management said they would sort it and they never did.
