Consistent direction of business, head office location in centre of Leeds, depending on department atmosphere can vary from casual to formal to schoolyard. Relatively easy to move around Head Office roles.

Cons

Small minded, indvidual's success dependent on breeding a very specific set of attributes that run through the company - arrogance, general lack of wider thought and very short term view. Poor pay and benefits.

Pros

nice colleagues, get 10% staff discount after 3 months joining. Night rate is OK. Do offer lots of overtime (in any section) and get subsidised canteen. Can do NVQs etc and train to be a manger. Train you up to go to another company!!!

Cons

don't reward colleagues with experience or relevant qualifactions, ie Pharmacy colleagues, paid the same what ever section in, unless a manager. Can be clicky and over friendly and gossipy.

Pros

They pay for just scanning a bunch of items was pretty good. Also food in the staff canteen was a pretty reasonable price. Great people to work with, very chatty bunch of people, night outs were great, cheap and the company provided the location which was also a great place

Cons

Hours weren't the best, not a lot of availability for overtime, managers could be a bit nasty.
