Pros

Friendly Colleagues Career Development Opportunities Given a sense of responsibility if you are willing to take it and develop your skills.

Cons

Mainly my concern is the way my rota is put out to me but that is just a personal issue. Overall i wouldnt have any cons for working in asda, great company to work for.

Pros

They offer a 10% discount after you've worked there for 3 months. Staff are nice and friendly. It's so easy, you hardly need to think about anything ( which is also kind of a con)

Cons

Pay is awful. £6.86 ph for the first half a year then £7.20 something. They will give you 3hrs45min contracted shifts. Then make you do the overtime, when they need you. They just don't want to have to pay your breaks, of if you get pregnant. If you don't take the overtime they get all weird and don't offer you anymore for ages. You have to find someone to cover your holiday. And it's impossible to get time off around Christmas. Queue clarity is just stupid.
