Pros

Pay, relative to sector, is good. Share save option can be very beneficial. Certain avenues for growth. Relative job security (food retail, global conglomerate).

Cons

Poor organisational structure. Management hired not via meritocracy, which causes issues. Staff downtrodden with little morale and little control over working environment. Discount package is taxed. Lack of clear communication across all levels despite company attempts to implement otherwise. Senior managers seem to believe lying is preferential to honest and open, two-way communication.

Pros

It is a fast paced environment, with a very warm, friendly and extremely helpful management team who are available to be called upon any time.

Cons

There really aren't any! If you want negative comments purely for the sake of negative comments, then... perhaps the in-store coffee could be of a better quality.
