The pay in distribution side is good, the benefits are great and there are plenty of opportunities to develop and always something new to learn

Cons

The work can be physical and have time constraints, with rates to meet that mean you can't slack. sometiomes the jobs can be monotonous

Pros

Pride in your role, colleagues can be great, some area managers are great by giving fair and reasonable feedback, gained alot of experience whilst at the company, store manager is very fair and understanding.

Cons

seldom are you valued for all your efforts.. you are told "you need your days off too" but when you take your day off and a sick call happens it is immediately your fault. Its good to have responsibility but getting paid for the large amount of responsibility would be wonderful. Very much a 'if your face fits' environment. Extremely hard to dismiss colleagues. Managers rarely back you up even though this is in basic training

Friendly environment, everyones makes you feel welcome. Training etc provided isn't just standard training but also experience to make you feel welcome and get used to how things will be in the work place.

Cons

Management are less understanding than colleagues and treat you much like a cog in the machine and make you feel worthless.
