Pros

Permanant contract Staff discount at 10% Good maternity and career break options

Cons

Management are terrible - rude and obnoxious, treat you like poo on a shoe and expect you to work like a slave whilst they wander round doing very little and critising every little thing you do. Bad pay, no overtime or bank holiday rate. Cutting department managers and expecting section leaders to do the same job for less than £7 an hour.
