Pros

- Sick pay is good

Cons

- Management - Serious lack of staff - no morale - no recognition for hard work - No chance of promotion if disabled (wheelchair user, been told countless times that progression is not possible) - No where to have breaks due to being in a wheelchair and everything for staff is inaccessible for wheelchair users. - Outdated tills which are easily 25+ years old.
