Pros

Friendly colleagues and nice working atmosphere but always pressure from above.

Cons

Not being listened to is the worst thing and knowing that you are quicker and more efficient if left to get on with it. Hard work and commitment not rewarded and too many changes of systems that are not improving the output.

Pros

Not many, Keeps you busy - if you like managing a high paced / high flow business on a skeleton crew of colleagues you will like it here. If you like doing all the work yourself instead of managing people (As you have no people)you will like it here. If you like following processes that don't work and are dreamed up by people who don't work in stores you will like it here. To sum up if you like an almost impossible challenge to deliver your role and your shop this is great for you.

Cons

Senior Management out of touch with the shopfloor.. Career progression not about ability very political. Appraisals aren't worth the paper they are written on and that's if you are lucky enough to get one The company does not live its own values. No Team work your peers and seniors happy to stab you in the back. Not enough hours in the business to deliver the standards. No leadership, No Trust and No motivation.
