Pros

It's good being able to engage with different people every day. Salary is decent if you are a student.

Cons

Nothing in particular, some managers where a little heavy on the side of micro-management, but no other complaints

Pros

Discounted sausage rolls and not much else.

Cons

Whilst core Greggs is a very well run establishment, franchised locations are under the mercy of ASDA's terrible mismanagement. Upper management show no appreciation, respect or care for any of their employees. Expectations and standards are clearly set my managers who have no experience and knowledge in running busy shops. Double standards within double standards. Do not take these jobs at franchised Greggs
