Pros

Generally I like the people I work with and the discount, holiday and benefits are pretty decent.

Cons

Recently, there have been a lot of changes within the business, meaning that staff are stretched across the store and not necessarily staying in one section. For example, I have to help out on home shopping a lot - they appear to be struggling to balance manpower with output. Also, from a customer experience point of view, the layout of the store currently is terrible, and we have to deal with a lot of complaints about it.
