Pros

Asda is a secure employer with generous benefits for warehouse colleagues.

Cons

Very heavy handed approach to disciplinary and grievances. If you so much as sneeze you will be investigated. Makes for an oppressive atmosphere where everyone is looking over there shoulder thinking who is next. Department Manager role was like being a school teacher overseeing a classroom of unruly pupils. Senior management very distant and uncaring.
