Pros

10% off your daily shop

Cons

Too many to list. Managers were awful, no training given, degraded in front of customers. Made a complaint to the store manager about another manager and was told to man up. Completely toxic place to work. Work just about anywhere else.

Pros

Growing business as a whole Lot of loyal employees who have a wealth of knowledge

Cons

Overworked. Staff shortage. Cutting back on hours. Managers want performance for their own bonuses. Hourly staff don't get bonus anymore. Only get £1 extra to normal hourly colleagues to run a whole department and having to work long hours to get through the jobs required to do.

Pros

Increased night rate pay between midnight-5am.

Cons

Toxic work environment. Overworked by management. Too few staff on nights. Some colleagues can get away with bullying due to how long they've worked at the company for, and nothing gets done about it. No/very low support for mental health issues.
