Pros

-Pays above minimum wage for teens and young adults -reasonably flexible on hours -most colleagues are friendly

Cons

-management often refuse and hold back holiday bookings -sick? It’s fine, you can still handle food (gross btw) - grievance? They’ll cut it down because it’s not convenient - know your leader? Not for long, they change every few months and have no idea what they’re doing -management set expectations that cannot be reached at all, and do not help us reach them.
