Pros

Paid breaks, nice people, nice shifts

Cons

Management, there's only 5 good ones, the rest are not great. Picking equipment is seriously rubbish, takes way too long and is really frustrating which impacts on everyone's pick rate.

Pros

Good place with nice people

Cons

2 days off together happens once a month. Random 1 day off through the week. Work almost every weekend. No work life balance. No holidays allowed in december. No holidays allowed at easter. Work very hard to hit targets, not worth the pay. 28k for first 6 months. Then 30k after (days) Progression can take years. Not much information provided on opportunities. Apps not good.
